Casual dress day!
Once again, had very little work on. So amused myself trying to spell desicion. I mean, decision!
Then noticed that one of the partners had sent around an email before which talked about being 'in the home strait'. So I didn't think that was right, so I looked it up - and it should be straight. As in, round the 'bend' into the 'straight'. 'Strait' primarily means 'narrow' (and is used almost exclusively for water).
Used the 'new' bathroom. Partly cos I had to, y'know, but mainly to see it. There was paint everywhere, but apart from that it don't look much different.
Walked down to sign some paper at Mogli's dad's place. Then walked back straight away. Not too hot...
Did a little work. Yay!
Watched some Ellen.
Then since it wasn't too hot, walked down to Epic - cos its mocha Friday. So I got a, um, mocha.
Did very little work in the afternoon. Read my blog instead, the rest of October 2005. Fascinating reading, really. My life was so much more interesting then. Cos I wasn't working, see. And I was getting so much done, too. Which I didn't really think I was, I think, at the time.
Had drinks. For the most part, it was just me. But everyone else came eventually. At about 4:45, or something.
Left at 5.
Drove down to Koorong, which took about half an hour. Maybe a little less.
Listened to Sharecropper's Seed by Nicole C Mullen, and Better Questions by Todd Agnew, but only bought the latter. My listening time was cut short, really, cos the store was, like, closing, or something.
Went to the Tabor enrollment thing - luckily it was right next door. Stood around talking to Leo for about 1.5 hours. Eventually got some paper and paid course fees.
Went to Makan2. Had some two meat briyani thing - pretty tasty. Reminisced about Sydney, and what a vastly different experience it was; from anything I'd done previously and from what I expected. That's life, I guess.
Got home about 10. Slept about an hour later.
