Tractor (to Bart): "Buck-buck-buck"

Chicken (to Bart): "He's insulting both of us!"

Cos the pastor mentioned that comparing apes to humans might be insulting to the apes. As a joke. Anyway, it made me think of that. Great.

Got up at 9 cos of the alarm. Left about 9:45 and went and got money. Then went and wrote cheques and that, but didn't finish. So I had to go back and write two or so more after, and V ended up ringing me to find out where I was. Then he turned up just as I was leaving like right behind me as I turned around....ai.

Went to lunch at Nandos, cos, y'know, we hadn't been there for a while. Actually, we hadn't been anywhere for a while.
There was like some trainee guy, so it took a while to get anything. Plus it was crowded - donno if that was cos of the trainee guy or what. I asked for Coke Zero and he gave me Diet Coke. Nyeh. Still managed to finish by two, so it only took an hour.
Meanwhile, V convinced me to watch The Daily Show on the internet, cos apparently that's what hes doing nowadays.

Watched Seinfeld while doing ironing, mainly with the commentary on. Which is normally OK for the most part, but the one for The Contest was really bad - they hardly said nothing. And then you miss all the good lines cos they're talking over the top - "oh, listen to this line - whoops, missed it" type thing. And at the end of every episode they're always like, "well, that was actually a really good episode". Yes.....

Watched The Simpsons and Big Brother and Eviction (which Gretel keeps calling Nomination) - and Bodie and TJ are gone! Yay! Although I would've preferred someone else to TJ - Zoran, I guess.
Then it was Rove's Mother's Day special with lots of mothers. Which, as I expected, was mainly just a big load of nothing. Sentimental claptrap for ratings, probably. Although Hamish and Andy were only funny because of making their mothers do stuff.

Then I was listening to music and stuff for a while while cleaning the bathroom till about midnight, when I slept. And read about half of A Grief Observed - yeah, its not very long.
