Woke up at....um....7:47. Yes. Got to work about 8:20. It will thus probably be necessary to stay until 1 on Friday. Huh.
I had another one of those times when I laugh so hard that its very painful. We had training in the morning, as is actually becoming a like regular type thing. And for the first part of it, we did this 'quiz' where they spun a die to choose a letter, then there were all these sort of office related things that we had to pick starting with that letter - something in the fridge, something in the office, a clients name, an accounting firm name, a number, etc. Anyway, so the number happened to be 'B' - which wasn't an easy letter. I said 'big bananas' for the something in the fridge, then I said the same thing for something in the office. Anyway....
Sometime in mid-morning, me and Mogli were preparing ourselves, in the unlikely event that we ever do that quiz again, and its the same questions, and its the same letter. So I was looking for an office thing starting with B, and turned around and saw my bin, so I said 'bin'. Then 'bin with bag' then 'bin with black bag'. Then Mogli looked at the recycle bin and said 'big blue bin with black wheels'. I guess you had to be there again..........but it was painfully funny.
And then I thought of the perfect accounting firm......but I shall not speak that here. What V says I said was the devil....
Had to buy lunch. So I got something different - a hamburger. It wasn't bad, and it was also nice and cheap, so that was nice. Also got a choc chip muffin, which I warmed up but not enough. Ahhh....
Watched The Simpsons, then Futurama, then The Simpsons, then Futurama. Then there was nothing else, so I watched the final bit of Thank God You're Here, which mentioned that there was one segment available to download, so I did that too.
I started watching Chocolat after that. Unfortunately, its on tape, and the quality is not great - it has a fuzzy moment about every 45 seconds. And while the show seems to be alright and has potential, it seems to be moving too fast, actually. Like there are too many characters, or something. I feel its gonna end up like Pay it Forward, where they focus on the wrong people.
Ah, well. Read a bit more of my textbook, like another section. It was about 11 by then, or so.
